Have had the pleasure of roaming around Rome (see what I did there) and other various parts of Italy with my mom, over the past two weeks.
Was such a culturally rich experience that I’ll never forget. At one point we visited The Vatican and had the opportunity to climb all 500 steps to the top of the Cupola di San Pietro. A view worth a thousand visits, you could see for miles. The detail in all the art of architecture here is overwhelming, but in such an inspiring way.
