Ran out to this spot to take a photo of the ice.

Ran out to this spot to take a photo of the ice. As soon as I got to it my feet were frozen solid. I snapped around 5 photos and ran back to a sandwich shop a bit of a ways away to thaw out my feet. After about 30 mins or so, I thought about how cool a night shot of this would be. So naturally I ran back again to take another 5 shots or so, before running back to the sandwich shop again to regain the feeling in the blocks of ice that once were my feet. I ended up not liking any of the night ones I took, but got this one on the first attempt out. The things we do for a picture. It’s cold out there Chicago, be safe, but be gnarly.
