The Plague of a Existential Crisis Day to Day

By November 28, 2014December 2nd, 20149 Comments

It’s been incredibly hard for me to go through the photos I took while hiking the it’s as if every photo causes an explosion of memories and emotions as I scroll through the 10,000 photos I managed to snap off during the journey.

With that said I just wanted to express how extremely thankful I am for all the people and experiences I had while hiking across the country from Mexico to Canada. The people that I met during my experience impressed me beyond my expectations, with their ambitions and aspirations to do only the greatest things they possibly could with their lives. They all possessed a passion unlike any I had seen before.

It leaves me now with the plague of a existential crisis day to day, but oddly I am thankful that an experience like this left me questioning what it is that I am doing with my life day to day and if it truly matters to me or not. After all it’s nice to be reminded that you literally have the power to do anything you desire in this world. It’s all up too you to chase that dream and to make it your reality.

This particular photo was taken in the Goat Rock Wilderness in Washington. I was lucky enough to hike with a great group of dudes and we got extremely lucky to be able to explore the knife edge with fair conditions and the clearing of ice and fog that pounded the area for days before and after we made our way through. I will never be able to truly express the impact that this trip had on my life, so I’ll just try and show you through some of the images I collected during my experience. Here’s to many more.
