Always reaching for new heights.
While exploring The Island of São Miguel, in search of the best views of Sete Cidades, another one of the 3 calderas on the island. We came across an old abandoned hotel that sits right at the top, with wonderful views of the twin lakes that sit below.
Where most on the islands may look at this place as an eye sore, we saw it as a really rad opportunity to get creative, and have some fun with the ruins. Almost felt like we were part of a movie at times.
