Was such a surreal and awesome experience to get a chance to run around around the rim of The Caldeira Crater of Cabeço Gordo, located on the second island of our trip, Faial.
The fog was moving so fast and the scene would change on the minute, but what really stole the show was the size of the crater its-self. That paired with looking out and seeing nothing but ocean in the distance made for a stunning scene.
